Other than Export and Import to CSV format is there any other alternative ways which we can migrate data from  FIT Issue tracker tool to Jira tool.

You could also use Jira Rest Api to migrate data:

You can look in the marketplace for a plugin, but not out of the box. CSV export/import is the standard method to move data between many tools/applications.
