- Edit Own Comments: Allows users to edit their own comments.
- Edit All Comments: Allows users to edit any comment, including those made by others.
It seems you currently have the "Edit All Comments" permission, which is why you're able to edit others' comments. If this is unexpected or appears to be a bug, I recommend reaching out to your Jira administrator to review the permissions configuration for your project.
