Original Time Estimate field in bulk import rounding time in hours.

Hello, I am importing issues via bulk import in Jira and for the Original Time estimate I am putting the information in seconds, i.e. for 1h 30m I put on the file 5400. The thing is, after the import is completed and I check the times for that task for example, instead of the 1h 30m, it is only showing 1h. What could cause this, and how can I solve it?
