Dears,

I have the following situation:

in some issues/risk the team need to change the Original Due- Date and when change this we lost this Original Date.

Exist some way to obtain this original Due-Date?

Hi @Jorge Pérez and welcome to the community,

It is unclear by your question what is the "original due date" and the "original date". Are these your custom fields, or by "original due date" you mean the "due date" that Jira provides? In addition, did you check if there is any jira automation, or event listener from an app, which changes one date, when the other date changes?

Hi @Jorge Pérez 

Are you looking for the original value of the Due Date field?

If yes, every Issue has an Issue History, which lists all the updates made to an Issue over time. To view this:

  1. Open an Issue
  2. Scroll to the bottom
  3. Select the History tab

You can then search for when the due date was changed, and what the previous value was!
