Our HRIS team uses Jira Service Desk to assist with field operations. Each submitted ticket is placed in the appropriate queue based the type of issue. Is there a way to alphabetize the actual queue?

Are you asking about sorting within the individual queues i.e. changing the sorting order of the issues or are you talking about rearranging the actual Queue names in the side panel?
Changing the sort order of the issues displayed within a queue can be done by selecting the header for each column to trigger an Ascending or Descending sort for the column selected.
To change the order of the Queue names in the side navigation panel, this can be done by issuing a click and hold on the queue name, then doing a drag and drop to place the Queue to the desired order.
