In my Organization there are 4000+ users and my manager told we are shifting into another Server, can you please help me how much of system configuration have to say him.

I am sorry, but "how much of system configuration have to say him." does not make any sense.  I cannot work out what you are asking for.  Could you explain what you want differently?
