Organization Creation

I'm preparing to take my ACP-520, it will be my fist ACP exam and as I go through the material some questions have come up. 
is it possible to create an organization without selecting a product?

Hi @Ivonne Terrero , thanks for your question.

The documentation here https://support.atlassian.com/organization-administration/docs/get-started-with-an-atlassian-organization/ says you can create an organization with or without products (personally I don't think many people do this, as it's more typical to want to start with at least one product).
