I'd like to write JQL with an ORDER BY where I say 'if the item has a parent, order by that id, otherwise order by the id of the item itself', ie: if I have a defect with a sub task they'll both be ordered with the id of the defect, so I'll have a defect plus its code review, followed by another defect plus its documentation task. Is this possible?

Bonus question: I'd like stories on a feature and the subtasks of those stories also grouped by the feature id (which is the _grandparent_ of the sub tasks)

Thanks,

Matt

Hi Matthew,
Sandly this kind of ordering are not possible since parent field is not orderable
