Hi Support,
I have integrated the Opsgenie with JIRA Cloud successfully and everything works fine until sometime and post that the integration become stale and stops responding.
Technically no Opsgenie changes are reflected within linked JIRA untill the Integration in Opsgnie is toggled , Once the toggle is completed the sync happens for some time and all updates are replicated in JIRA and there after some time it stops working again.
Is this a known issue or a bug as its a blocker for us
