The issue appears to be caused by an incident. The developers have deployed a fix for it, and the Jira Business boards should be fully operational and visible again.

Several people have reported the same problem here in the Community.
There is no active incident reported on the status page.
As I have advised others, I recommend that you have your Jira Admins open a support case directly with Atlassian support at
