I am experiencing a problem with the additional component "AFO" for Excel. I had to refresh data in my sheet using AFO (which relies upon SAP) but I couldn't do so. I contacted the SAP support, and I've been simply told to open a ticket in Jira to signal the problem. Nevertheless, I don't know how to create a ticket. I tried to click on the blue button "Crea" (I have it in italian, Crea literally means "create" in English) next to the search bar, only to read that I "do not have the authority to create ticket in this project". I couldn't fill in the required fields "project" and "ticket" either. What am I supposed to do? Thanks in advance
