Only certain user roles can assign a task to other users

Hi.
We have just started to use Jira for our projects and there is one function that I cannot find. The ability to say that this Role cannot assign a task to other users then themselves.
Are there some settings were this can be achieved?

Eg;
Project Owner - can assign tasks to all user roles
Photo - can only assign tasks to themselves 
Project Managers- can assign tasks to all user roles
Creative - can only assign tasks to themselves

Welcome to the community, you need to edit your permissions

Go to project -> settings -> permissions -> Assign issues (add this permission to desired roles)

To assign issues to your self "Assignable user" permission is enough.

Assign Issues
Ability to assign issues to other people.
