Only a user is unable to attach a file in JIRA

Dear All,

A particular user is not able to attach a file in JIRA. She has all the permission to create an attachment, But I have no idea why only she is not able to attach.

It would be great if someone has the answer for it.

Could you describe what "unable to attach" means?

Error message? No option to attach? Drag and drop does nothing? Large penguin sitting on the keyboard?

Hi Nic,

The error message is "An internal error has occurred. Please contact your Administrator".

Everyone is able to attach a file except one.

Ok, so the next two steps are:

Get someone else to try attaching the same file to the same issue. Does that fail as well?
Read the application log file to see what the underlying error is
