It was working before but it has suddenly stopped. Now she no longer receives emails when she's tagged on a ticket. ticket status changes, etc. She is our main support person and logs the majority of our tickets.
From reading previous emails it looks like possibly the emails are bouncing, how do I clear out the issues so that email is working again?
Hi @Jen Leger I found a single user on your domain that appears to have been responding with an SMTP bounce reply when we tried to send email to them back on Feb 22nd
550 5.1.1 <emailaddressredacted> recipient rejected
I have cleared the suppressions from our side for this user and all other users on your domain.

You will need to open a support ticket with Atlassian to see if the user's email has ended up on the suppression list.
