Hello,
I have a strange issue: after creating custom screens, every developer except one sees it. The one developer that doesn't, has a screen with just about every field Jira can possibly have.
They're in the same user groups as the other developers that can see the screen properly. Any ideas where I might start to look to hunt down the cause of this issue?
Has your user used the Configure Fields button at top right of issue screen to add extra fields
