One company with multiple brands

My company have multiple business units each with its own brand.

Is it possible to run jira as a single server solution but with multiple home / brands?

No, a single JIRA install has one "theme" in terms of branding.

You can do things like different icons for projects, and all users can choose whatever home they like.
