OnDemand: Wiki and JIRA backups

I have noted the backup instructions which appear to largely apply to on-premise installations of JIRA. However, we are OnDemand customers. Are there automatic backups? Where do we find them? Do they include attachments? If not, how do we set up automatic backups of all of our settings, users, projects, JIRA items, attachments, wiki, etc?
