Hi Alexey,
The Rank is a hidden field that Jira Agile uses to move issues and rank them in the Plan Mode.
If you are seeing this Rank field on your Issue View, you can remove it from the Configure Screen section to hide it again. It shouldn't cause any problems by having that number. If it is causing a problem, feel free to create a support request at support.atlassian.com
