On the watchers list all the people are not displayed

Steps to Reproduce:

Create a ticket

On the add watchers list create a watcher 

Expected Results:

All the watchers must be displayed on the watchers list

Actual Results:

Only few watchers are displayed and the scroll view is not feasible to watch all the people

Watchers are all visible and you should be able to scroll the related list. Please could you share a screenshot of your issue? Moreover please could you specify which browser you are using?
