I'm afraid there is an easy answer to this - you have found a video that is out of date.

This is not at all uncommon.  With Jira server or DC, it's ok if you've searched for a specific version, but if you haven't gone for a version, it's likely to be out of date.  On Cloud, if it's over 6 weeks old, it's obsolete.  If it's less than 6 weeks old, there's a good chance it's obsolete.

TLDR: stop looking at the visuals, look at the infrastructure and data.
