Recently the Jira UI changed quite a bit.
Now, when I open an item separately in a browser tab, the list of child items SOMETIMES does not populate.
This means I'm left thinking that, for instance, an Epic has no Stories in it.
If I refresh the browser tab, the display of the item refreshes and the list of child items is then usually populated.
Note that I am not creating child issues at this time, I am just viewing an issue that already has child issues.
I tried to log this as an Atlassian support ticket before posting here.
However, the support ticket logging thing directs you into a chatbot prompt sort of thing which tries to send you to support documentation pages.
When you try to say you want to log it as an issue, it says you need to post it to Atlassian Community, which I've done here.
However, I don't know how this then gets made into a bug issue ticket. Anyone know?
Or is support not something your license fees are paying towards?
Still, at least I've earned the Answerer badge here now. There's always a silver lining.
