On create GUI display orange dots

Hi,

After installing some plugin updates there are orange dots on the create screen in Jira. To be exact (see below)
* if there is an attachment field then the dots are present
* if there is no attachment filed the GUI is OK/the dots aren't present

The dots are the Jira "Drop files" functionality to the issue.

All installed plugin updates were disabled, but it does not help. Also, I can not find out which plugin causes the problem.

Any suggestion?

Couple of quick questions.

1. Have you tried clearing your browsers cache to make sure it is not just a CSS or JavaScript issue?

2. Is this happening in all browsers, after clearing their cache?

Thx for the answer.

I have cleared the cache in two browsers (MS Edge, Chrome). The problem persists.

This is testing environment, where I was testing plugins updates. In the production environment, it works fine. The app versions are different, maybe hence the difference.
