I have a problem described in this issue:

When one of the users assigning watchers there is "No matches found" unless username typed in full. I found out that the problem can be solved by granting a Broes Users general permission. And here is my problem:
is it possible to see suggested users when typing something in Watchers field but just users from a specific project? (We have separate projects for different companies, a specific user has access just to a one project and he/she should not see users from other projects).
