Using Dynamic Filter add-on you can filter the issue list by multiple assignees.

You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.

Multiple assignees, yes (assignee in "Alice, Bob, Charlie"), but it will be a single item in the list of quick-filters, and the results will be issues assigned to anyone in the list.
