En este reporte necesito saber cuánto tiempo estuvo en el mismo status hasta que se movió el ticket o bien se puso como terminado.

On Jira Cloud, for Time in Status, currently, there is only a gadget that shows this information and it's very simple.

For reports, it would be necessary to use an add-on. I found some on our marketplace that may help you:

• Time in Status
• Time in Status for Jira Cloud
• Status Time (there is a free version as well)

Also, there is a feature request suggesting the implementation of this type of report in Jira:
