It's another unsubscribed question.
Our company did not submit billing info in a timely manner and our Jira has been unsubscribed. I have gone in and updated billing account information myself and opened a ticket to resubscribe CA-1578828
Unfortunately this is putting us at a stop work with Amazon engagement. Does anyone know the timelines to have this resolved? I understands its a common occurrence.

Being on a standard plan, response times are in the below table in the leftmost column, based on priority of your ticket:

I've seen tickets sometimes have an escalate option available, which is something you should only use if it really matters.
