Hello Everyone!

My team and I are currently using Jira core and have encountered an odd issue were our Jira is capping at 1067 user's being created via our LDAP connection. We have tried rebooting our server and reviewed all the relevant LDAP information and found that the issue most likely occurring within Jira.

Of the 1076 a majority are inactive and due to our LDAP configuration we cannot narrow down the list of user's being created.

I was just wondering if anyone else has encountered an issue like this on Jira Cloud as we are looking to migrate to the Cloud soon.

Additionally if anyone knows what the cap on number of total user's we can have (both active/inactive) that would be awesome to know!

Thank you for you time!

As far as I know, there is no cap on how many users you can have. When I was Jira responsible at H&M we had a lot more users in the system than that.

Do you get any errors in the logs that could explain what is happening? Usually it is conflict of data, but your logs should be able to tell you more.
