We're using the Official Slack Connector for Jira here, and on several occasions, I've had users ask for notifications on Move, which the add-on doesn't support. I supposed you could toggle on all Updates but then that becomes extremely noisy.

Kicking around some ideas for a workaround here. Maybe create a Script Listener Event Wrapper. Have Script Listener listen for "Issue Moved" events, and then fire an Issue Created event.
