Notifications to users

How do I configure Jira to send a user notification when a new issue is assigned to them?

Community moderators have prevented the ability to post new answers.

if you are the admin...

navigate to project > Project Settings >Notifications > Issue Assigned should be set to current assignee

You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
