Notifications "Open in a new tab" link has disappeared

The notifications popup used to have an "Open in a new tab" link but it no longer exists. This help page mentions the link as well under "View and manage notifications from a single page" https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/view-your-notifications/

The option is still shown for me, perhaps you can add an image that shows the issue you face?
