Hello..
On Jira, for issues assigned to me, I don't receive notifications on the web nor on emails when a comment is added. I only receive a notification on the app on the smartphone.
Can someone please help? Thanks.

A lot of users were facing this issue, and 90% this is not even related with the notification settings.
The problem: your email is probably on the supression list in Atlassian where you are blocked of receiving the notifications to the email.
You should contact the Atlassian support team and ask for your email address to be checked if there is the issue from their side.

Also make sure that you have the settings in your personal settings:
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
