Checking your email address on our tools, it returned a bounce. That’s the reason why you were not receiving notifications.
I removed this bounce and it should work now.

If no changes were made it is possible the emails are being blocked. We've seen a couple of these from time to time.
I suggest you open a support ticket at https://support.atlassian.com/contact to have them verify what is going on.
Only Atlassian themselves can view the logs of a cloud instance.
