Notifications have stopped coming to the mail

Hello. Notifications have stopped coming to the mail. I have already checked the spam folder (there are no letters in it). Previously, this problem did not arise, the settings did not change

Checking your email address on our tools, it returned a bounce. That’s the reason why you were not receiving notifications. 

I removed this bounce and it should work now.

Please, take your time to test and let us know how it goes.

Hi @Natella ,

If no changes were made it is possible the emails are being blocked. We've seen a couple of these from time to time.

I suggest you open a support ticket at https://support.atlassian.com/contact to have them verify what is going on. 

Only Atlassian themselves can view the logs of a cloud instance.

Thanks for the answer. Tell me please, where should I write to find out if my e-mail is blocked? The offered link offered t opens the same form through which I wrote this message in the Community...

I guess you are on a free plan then? Those support requests get routed to this community.

Thanks, I will wait for. Our team has an old Standard plan (10$ monthly).
