Notifications - as an admin how do change a notification field from one person to another

new user started how to I replace the current person from being notified to the new person in a Jira field

Hi @Razia Allen 

Jira doesn't have notifications for field change. You only have notification schemes:

https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/configure-notification-schemes/

Can you give us more details on what the user needs?

If it'sa  notification, you have the scheme and personal notification:

https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/manage-your-jira-personal-settings/
