I'm not receiving any notifications to my email address for tags or when I'm a watcher or when something is assigned to me. This is across Jira and Confluence. My Support Team can't figure out the issue so they have turned me to this community to see if anyone has any ideas. Is there a setting somewhere that may have been changed, or anything that would affect me getting notifications.
Note: I do not have the notifications going to a special folder or anything in my email like that. I'm not getting the emails at all.

It could be that your email address has ended up on the suppression list and that is why you are not receiving any emails. You should have your admin contact Atlassian support and they can verify if this is the case and removed you from the list.
