I'm no longer receiving notifications when I'm tagged in Jira.
My account was shutdown and now I'm back in I don't receive any email notifications.
I've tried updating my email address, going into old emails and clicking to reconnect.
I've reached out to my Atlassian administrator and had no luck.
Nothing's working.
Any suggestions?

You should open a support ticket with Atlassian to see your email address is on their Suppression list.

Have you tried checking your Personal notification settings? In Jira, you can get there by clicking on your avatar on the top-right and then clicking Notifications or clicking Personal Settings.
Can you verify that your settings are correct here, specifically the option for "You’re mentioned on an issue"?
