Notification on User gets added to Project access

Hi Team

i have some requirements where we dont want users gets added to project directly. They can get access via groups. So no one should be added individually to project.

We already configured groups and assigned appropriate roles for project. If user needs acces they should be part of those groups.

But if admin add individual by mistake directly to project we wants to know via email that someone added to project, is this possible? Can we get notified for such thing?

I know this post is over a year old, but I have the same issue. Hoping to find an answer, too.
