Notification Checklist error

Looks like there is "Notification checklist" field that is added as a required field in the workflow validator is not filled.

First check if this required fields is present in the Create Screen to edit
Go to Project Settings → Screens → Create Issue Screen
See if "Notification checklist" is a custom field and marked as required

If not click on Add Field → Select "Notification checklist" and save.

Alternatively you can make this field optional in the field configuration scheme if it does not need to be mandatory.

Hello @Julie Sgroi 

That type of error is produced typically when the Create transition in the workflow for that work type in that project includes a Validator/Rule that says the specified field must be filled in before the issue can be created.

You will need to either fill in that field or change the workflow to remove that Validator/Rule requiring the Notification Checklist field to be completed.
