Note able to see proper repoter name when I extract the report in CSV format

I am extracting report from JIRA and I am seeing some numbers "qm:2e2f..." in the reporter section instead of actual reporter name which I can see in the Web UI.

How can I solve this issue to see an exact reporter name when I extract in CSV format?  I can't add every reporter to be added as a user on JIRA as they are just raising the reports via email and they don't have to do anything else.

I believe you are talking about customers of a Service Desk project. Is it correct? This is happening because of the GDPR updates performed in the last months.

We have a feature request opened to change the QM code to e-mail address or other GDPR compliant information when exporting SD customers to CSV file:

-Include the email address instead of the QM code for JSD customers on the CSV export
