Not sure how Clone works

I'm on an issue and go to More Actions -> clone

It doesn't seem to make a new ticket. I see the issue links added: 'Clones' and 'Clones By" but both seem to be pointing to the same issue.

When it asked me to input the summary, I added "Cloned -" in front of it but not seeing that issue with Cloned there.

Am i missing something? I thought this creadted a duplicate ticket.

It should create a duplicate. What links are you seeing? Maybe a screenshot will help!
