Not receiving verification email for new account

Hello,
I am facing an issue on not being able to create a new account as I am not receiving any email confirmation to register.

Could you help me ?

Hi @Antoine Goldschmidt  ,

Welcome to Atlassian community. 

Please ask user to check if it the email landed in there spam folder or any security filter blocking it.

Please check with your IT team if it blocked from their end.

If it is not in there then the below thread has some info regarding the same. You might want to go through the same.

It definitely is not in the spam folder but will check with the IT team for any security filter or some other explanation.
