Not receiving recovery email

Hi. 

My email is: support@nurseflow.com

I got it activated and then when I could not remember the password, I tried to get a recovery email sent but it was never received. It seems this is a known issue. Can someone please help me ?

Hi @Nurseflow  - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

You need to open a support ticket with Atlassian and have them check to see if the email address is on their suppression list.
