Hi Atlassian Community,
Our company's email domain (idctechnologies.com) is not receiving any emails from Atlassian (even the one with a verification link).
However, we are able to receive emails on Gmail accounts. We have already monitored our email logs and whitelisted atlassian.com on our email filtering to eliminate the possibility of blockage on our end.
Appreciate your prompt response on this matter.
