Not receiving emails from JIRA and Confluence

Not getting JIRA/Confluence mail if assigned or any one comment on it.

it was working fine before March.2024.

Could you please help me how to fix it?

Is this for all notifications, or just from specific Projects? And does it include all Confluence Spaces?

And is this happening just for you, or other users on your instance?

Even though this is just Jira, I'd check your personal notification settings first:

1. On Jira, go to your profile icon (top-right) > Notifications
2. Check these are set as required
