Is there any way for the support team to check and see if my email is being suppressed? I haven't been receiving email notifications for my cards that are being watched - main reason I'm using so I can get notified. Don't know how else to reach someone for help. Let me know, thanks in advance.

are you using Jira Cloud or Server/Data Center?
In Cloud, the Admins can check if you receive notifications for specific issues. It's called "Notification Helper".
How do I tell? I received an email from Atlassian when I made my account last month and have the settings adjusted in there. Never heard of Jira before...I'm not entirely sure of next steps or how I'm supposed to know back-end details.
