Not receicing OTP on email when trying to login

My team member who are trying to login using group email of gmail are not receiving Email with OTP, can someone let me know what could be the issue

For that group email in your Gmail do you have an options where it says groups? You should look for that option which will open the mailbox for that email.

No, the issue is with Jira emails, not group it self. I am receiving all other emails but no OTP even i can see on Jira screen that an OTP is sent on your email.
