Not getting to change workflow and also timeline of my project

I want to add the workflow in my project i.e. Review section

It seems like you're unable to change the workflow and timeline of your project. To modify the workflow, you need to have the appropriate permissions, usually as a Jira Administrator. If you don't have those permissions, you should reach out to your Jira Administrator to either grant you the necessary permissions or make the changes on your behalf. For adding a "Review" section to your workflow, you need to modify the workflow by adding a new status and transition to it, but again, this requires admin-level access. Regarding the timeline, if you're trying to adjust sprint dates or project timelines, you should have Project Administrator permissions. If you're unable to make these changes, it's best to contact your Jira Administrator for assistance.

What type of project does this concern? Get that information from the View All Projects page under the Projects menu. Find your project in the list and tell us what it says in the Type column.
