Not getting the exact result while using properties

Hi,

I have set the property for a status as only the user with the project role "administration" permission can edit the field of Assignee.

I have given project key as :- jira.permission.assign.edit.projectrole

Project value = 10002

But I get the result that I cant see the field and contact the admin, can anyone suggest where the error is.
