Not getting option to add Cascading select field in Team managed project.

is there any other way to support cascading select field in Team managed project?

If you're looking to create a cascading list in your team-managed software projects, you're in luck! You can easily do this by choosing the "Dependent dropdown" option when you create a new field. This feature allows you to set up dropdown menus where the options available in one dropdown depend on the selection made in another. 

However, if you're working with team-managed business projects, the dependent dropdown feature isn't available just yet. But don't worry, we've got our eyes on the future! There's an active feature request to bring this functionality to business projects. You can keep track of its progress and add your vote or comments here: Feature Request.

after some more looking you should see JRACLOUD-77917 it suggests a work around and you can also submit your support to get the feature enabled.
