Not getting notifications when mentioning myself in comments section to follow up later

During meetings, I mention myself on the Jira tickets to pick up later but not getting notifications.

Check your personal settings > Notification Settings

You may have disabled the options to send notification when you are the one that executes the action that would prompt the notification.

Check the options farther down the screen to find the one about you being mentioned.

You may also need to enable the third option here:

Looks like the configurations are missing on your personal email notification settings. Please navigate to your site -> settings -> Notification settings -> Emails and Notifications

Make sure all the options are selected, most importantly, "You’re mentioned on a work item"

I dont see an option about notifications when I am mentioned.

I only see option for I am assignee and when I am reported not when I am mentioned.
