Not blocked when leaving open comment form

Hi,
When creating a comment on an issue, I am blocked from closing the screen in which the form is open. This behaviour is consistent when I have an issue open directly (/browse/{issue}) or as a side tray on a Jira board (screenshot 2).
While commenting on an issue in the side tray, when I move to another issue on the board, the form is closed and the data is lost (screenshot 3).
Is it possible to be blocked from closing the comment form when moving away from the comment?
